DELIVERY

We have worked extremely hard to source packaging that is robust enough to withstand international high-speed delivery. We work closely with our courier companies to ensure safe delivery of your wine and olive oil.

Shipping costs are included in our pricing. Inbound taxes and or other related fees are not included and will be charged individually depending on your delivery address on the point of receipt.

Please ensure you provide a delivery address that a courier can reach during standard working hours (09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday), together with telephone and email contact details. If our courier attempts delivery but nobody is there to receive it, we cannot accept responsibility.

Damaged goods. We have gone to every length to ensure your bottles reach you in perfect condition, but in the case of any breakages in transit, please contact us immediately (it would help if you included photographs of the damage). We will either refund or replace any damaged items.

Unclaimed packages. If you are not in, and we are unable to effect delivery, the goods will be held briefly while the courier attempts to re-deliver but we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and courier companies’ administrative costs.

Individual state laws in the USA do not permit us to sell wine directly to the following states (Mississippi and Utah). Restrictions apply in Alabama and we will be in touch via email if this is your delivery destination.

We are also not permitted to make direct shipments to Canada.

The subscription box is delivered quarterly (4 deliveries of 2 cases, totalling 8 cases) and payment will be taken directly before shipping. We will notify you of this a couple of days before payment is taken from your card.

1. Identifying and contact information (for example name, address, email address, telephone number).
2. Financial information (debit or credit card details).
3. If you visit our website, register an account with us and/or purchase products via our website, your username and password, IP address, information about your purchases and other activity on our website (for example tracking which areas of the website you visit and the content you view).

If you require us to delete all personal information we have about you, please request this via email (sales@montecalvi.com). Please be aware that we might need to keep certain financial transaction information as required by law.
