Our Chianti Classico is the beating heart of our estate. It is made with fruit from our Montecalvi vineyard, predominantly Sangiovese but with a touch of Canaiolo and Canina Nera. Complex and elegant in equal measure, it is eminently drinkable now but will also repay some time in the cellar.
